Charles La Trobe P-12 College wishes to share its collegiate pride and success with the community by offering scholarships that support our educational philosophy — that all students can strive, seek and excel in a particular field of endeavour.
Overview
Scholarships are open to new enrolments in Years 7–10 for 2027. Current students are not eligible — they may access the internal College Awards program. Scholarships are redeemable against school expenses including uniform, devices, extra-curriculum programs and books.
Students may apply for no more than two (2) scholarship categories, with only one amount awarded. All scholarships run for two years and reviewed annually. A scholarship may be withdrawn in the second year if a student does not uphold the College’s Vision and Values.
How to Apply
- Complete this application form (retain pages 1–3 for your reference).
- Return form + most recent report + NAPLAN results by Friday 7 August 2026 — in person to the La Trobe P-12 Campus office or by email to charles.la.trobe.p12@education.vic.gov.au
- Attend a scholarship interview at Charles La Trobe P-12 College. The College will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Please allow one hour. A parent or guardian must attend.

| Available to students who have demonstrated leadership skills in schooling as well as citizenship and commitment to the broader community. Students will be encouraging of peers, displaying strong academic performance and outstanding work ethic. | |
Music Talent | Up to $1,500 | $750/year | Uniform, books, music subsidy |
| Available to students who have displayed outstanding aptitude, experience and commitment in Instrumental Music. Includes participation in annual productions, College Bands and Music Programs. Auditions may be required. | |
Sporting Talent | Up to $1,500 | $750/year | Uniform, books, sports subsidy |
| Available to students demonstrating outstanding sporting skills, sportsmanship and teamwork. Includes participation in the Sports Academy (Years 7–10) and College representative teams. Elite pathways via Heidelberg United FC and Ivanhoe Harriers AC. | |

| Available to students with a passion for entrepreneurship who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in English, Technology or Business, or who have undertaken a small business or initiative. Students must participate in the Youth Council of Charles La Trobe P-12 College. | |
