The Pavilion School Principal

A rare opportunity has emerged for a highly skilled educator to join our the Charles La Trobe College Leadership Team in the role of The Pavilion School Principal. This role works semi-autonomously from the wider College, and is responsible for leading and managing at both Pavilion School Campuses.

The successful applicant will find themselves at the forefront of alternative education for at-risk and vulnerable youth, leading at two sites in the north of Melbourne with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team that includes teachers, clinical professionals working in wellbeing and allied health, pathways and careers and support workers. There are currently 230 young people enrolled at the Pavilion. You will be well supported by the College Leadership team and will enjoy connections and support from many community partners and the local regional office of the Department of Education and Training.
